Pain Patterns is a personal pain tracking app designed to help you log and understand your pain over time. Your privacy is fundamental to how this app is built.

Data We Collect

We collect no data. Pain Patterns stores everything exclusively on your device. No account is required. No information is transmitted to any server, third party, or cloud service.

Data you enter in the app — including pain intensity, body location, activity tags, notes, and timestamps — lives only on your device and is never shared with anyone.

Data We Do Not Collect

No personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
No location data
No health data shared with Apple Health or any external service
No analytics or usage tracking
No crash reporting sent to third parties
No advertising identifiers

Third-Party Services

Pain Patterns does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data platforms. No SDKs that transmit data off your device are included in the app.

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. If you delete the app, all data associated with it is permanently removed from your device.

Children's Privacy

Pain Patterns does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. There is nothing to collect.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Because no data is collected, any future changes would only add protections, not reduce them.
